With 14 years of experience creating developer documentation at AWS, PayPal, and Indeed, I have led API documentation initiatives and developed scalable content strategies for engineering organizations.   • Developed AI agents that reduced documentation production time by 90% or more while preserving documentation quality through a human-in-the-loop (HITL) review process. Solutions included:
    • Created a REST Writer agent that generated OpenAPI/REST YAML field descriptions and code examples aligned with documentation standards.
    • Built a Schema Audit agent that validated OpenAPI/REST YAML files, identified structural and naming convention violations, and flagged issues for developers to resolve before publication.
    • Created an AI-powered Editor agent that applied documentation style guidelines, improved consistency, and reduced manual editing effort.
  • Authored technical documentation for AI workflows, agent architecture, and implementation processes to support team adoption, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.

Senior API Technical Writer > Amazon Web Services (AWS), Austin, TX Jun 2022 to January 2026
  • Owned end-to-end documentation for Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) security features, delivering documentation for a few feature launches per month in a fast-paced, agile development environment. Managed concurrent projects ranging from medium to extra-large releases while consistently meeting launch deadlines.
